This is a great easy recipe for Scottish pancakes - sometimes known as "drop scones"
Scottish Pancake Recipe
Scottish pancakes, sometimes known as "drop scones" are quick and easy to make. They are similar to American pancakes but not quite as thick and fluffly. They are enjoyed all over Scotland and the UK. They are often served cold or warmed in the toaster with butter or butter and jam but as with all pancakes, they are great served with your choice of topping.
